LVX brings extensive experience to competitive gymnastics training. As the sport grows more demanding, both physically and mentally, it’s crucial for gymnasts to have realistic expectations about their development.

We view competitive gymnastics as a tool for personal excellence and growth. Each athlete receives equal opportunities to improve at a level best suited to their physical and psychological strengths. Our coaches continuously assess factors such as age, body awareness, strength, flexibility, and personality to ensure optimal placement.

By aligning gymnasts with the right training environment, we maximize their potential while prioritizing health, well-being, and long-term success.

Program's Mission

At LVX, our Competitive Program is dedicated to helping each gymnast reach their full potential while prioritizing both physical and mental well-being. Our team works closely to ensure every athlete has the support they need to succeed. We emphasize skill-based learning, full-body conditioning, and emotional resilience, all within a positive and welcoming environment where gymnasts feel safe and empowered.

We offer three competitive streams—Developmental, XCEL, and Optional—allowing gymnasts to progress at their own pace in a program that best suits their abilities and goals.

Our primary objective is to provide an environment where gymnasts can train at a level that fosters personal growth and success. Through our program, athletes not only develop physical skills like strength, flexibility, and agility but also gain essential life skills, including time management, goal-setting, perseverance, and resilience. These lessons extend far beyond gymnastics, benefiting them in school, careers, and personal relationships.

Whether gymnasts continue in the sport or transition to other athletic pursuits, the foundation built at LVX will serve them for life. Our mission is twofold: to cultivate a supportive, growth-focused community and to help every gymnast achieve excellence, regardless of their training level.

Governing Rules

LVX is governed by the rules and regulations set by Gymnastics Ontario (G.O.). The mobility of gymnasts from one level to the next is based upon rules put forth by this governing body.
